1.Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
2. Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
3. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
4. Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
5. Learning and Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and
specifications.
6. Following up on sales prospect and inquiries that are made by potential customers through website
chats, emails, and inbound calls.
7. Setting up meetings between potential customers with Business Development executive.
