Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Gurugram for a Service Desk Associate. The Service Desk Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and providing service desk support.

Job Description

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Service Desk and Help Desk Support
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Previous experience in a service desk or help desk role is a plus
• Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift with 24×7 support window
• Acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure
• Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications etc
