Job Description A CSM or Customer Success Manager will manage clients & execute their Digital Marketing campaigns. He will coordinate with clients and then internal teams for smooth delivery of campaigns to make the Program successful. He should have ability to precisely convey the value proposition in words for clients campaigns. He should demonstrate the ability to write for conversion, run lead generation campaigns, and drive revenue generation. He is also responsible for client satisfaction and retention. This role involves 20% writing, 30% interacting with internal teams for operational work and 50% client management. Main responsibilities include (and are not limited to): Client onboarding & advocating them Manage clients with their Digital Marketing campaigns Increase retention rate to make the program successful Excellent listening ability and attentiveness to points defined by clients for Program KPIs Write marketing copies and design promotions Responsible for upsell & cross sell Skills: Excellent written & spoken English skills Understanding of Digital marketing concept Hand on experience in managing International clients Listening, reasoning & problem solving skills Detail oriented & highly organized Understanding of clients value proposition & designing content accordingly Dynamic quick to grasp technical concepts + willing to achieve more (not limiting himself/herself to established process) Ability to be creative and think outside the box to achieve results MS Office.
