Supporting the Head of Health & Safety the Health & Safety Administrator will offer vital support in the day to day running of health and safety matters across all three campuses. This is a full time position, based at our Aylesbury Campus and working across all three.
The successful candidate will:
Assist the Head of Health & Safety to produce all documentation required.
Organise the Health & Safety audit timetables across campuses.
To monitor the college’s maintenance compliance ensuring inspections are arranged and completed in a timely manner
Ensure the Accidents and Incidents database is kept up to date, any RIDDOR incidents logged appropriately and reports prepared for Health and Safety meetings.
Travel to our other campuses on a regular basis.
