Brick Scholars, a scholarship program dedicated to empowering students, is looking for Field Sales Representatives in Kerala. If you have field sales experience and a passion for education, we want you on our team.

Role:

– Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets for exercise notebooks in schools.
– Engagement: Build strong customer relationships and secure orders.
– Strategy: Identify schools, handle objections,

and persuade them to join our program.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
– Experience: 1 year in field sales or related field (Preferred).
– Skills: Excellent communication, approachable personality, and empathy.
– Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction.
– Independence: Work independently and meet sales goals.
– Transport: Have a 2-wheeler and driver’s license.
– Travel: Be willing to travel within your area.
