Job descriptionIndia Sales ManagerReporting structure: Reports to International Sales DirectorJob DutiesI. Sales & Marketing Activities (80%)1. Identify sales opportunities for target customers, develop new sales channel; explore market demand and develop the new potential customer.2. Set clear, actionable short-term/ long-term goals to maximize performance. Analyze sales performance and define respective actions/plans for growth. 3. Initiate and manage marketing campaigns, collect leads and feedback from customers about the products and services. Continuously expand customer base.4. CRM and analyze and monitor customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trend.5.
Collect market dynamic and information for top managers’ decision making. Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers bench marking and technical and financial market requirements.6. Responsible for the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments.7. Maintain highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service; 8. Lead / coordinate and participate actively technical activities. 9. Build, manage, and strengthen relationship with key decision makers and innovation leaders.10. Support Finance with accounts receivable and AR collections efforts. 11. Establish measurable goals to manage inventory control within appropriate level. 12. Organize product training for customer periodically, and road show etc. 13. Prepare reports (sales, budget, inventories) which give the management a solid and focused overview of the need.14.
Draft teamwork responsibility delegations.15. Draft responsibility of strategic/advance thoughts, provide suggestions for the company strategy setting.II. Commercial support to logistic, accounting etc (10%)III.
