Position Overview:
Boeing International Enterprise Services team is currently looking for Administrative Assistant to join their team in Bangalore, India. This team seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual to support facility operations.

Position Responsibilities:
End to end responsibility for access management of the Workplace Management Portal which includes provide access to new users (new hires) and deactivate non-users (exit employees)

Coordinate and collect updated user data from all Facility leads / admins

Check databases for data quality / accuracy

Update / Upload / Authenticate user data in the portal

Monitor on weekly basis usage of the portal.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any user access issues.

Address database related queries from employees.

Maintain user access and permission levels for database segments.

Develop strategies for database consolidations for greater efficacy.

Able to query reports and prepare graphical charts through data export present various level of management reports (MIS)

With general supervision assists in collection and organization of data. Assists in implementation as directed. Compiles data and posts information to various electronic information systems as needed. Monitors tracks and records data activity to provide visibility. Assists in compiling data from various sources. Creates draft copies from data sources. Creates final documents for review and approval using multiple software tools. Internally distributes routine non-sensitive information as directed. Processes requests for facilities equipment and computer needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree

Any certification course in Computer Sciences is recommended

Experience with database administration

Analytical mindset

Attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Good inter and intra personal skills

Good computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5-8 years of relevant experience from facility / administration background

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience.)
