We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis II to join our Finance Technology and Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Strong problem-solving skills including root cause analysis; identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution; and supporting solution implementation
Resolving L1 support requests for SQL Server, Oracle, and other in-scope applications
Monitoring operations platform activities for effectiveness and accuracy
Execute daily database application reconciliations and understand the data flow within applications.

Effectively interact with Business Partners and technology partners to understand the business needs and design solutions.
Create business requirements documents, user stories, as well as other supporting artifacts such as business workflows & report mock-ups.
Supports new Migrations with the help of Trainings and help in Document creations.
Manage project tasks, timeline, risks, and issues.
Work in close partnership with IT to ensure that project outcome meets business needs.
Help with evaluation of new data sources, and subsequent acquisition & delivery of that data.
Provide automation to improve the speed of delivery across the program.
Support Regulatory audits
Provide support on Cloud applications
Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a such as Science/Engineering, Finance.
3-5 years of overall experience (Technology experience will be a plus)
Working knowledge of underlying modeling tools (SAS CPM, Hadoop/ Spark, Oracle SQL, Sybase SQL, and basic Informatica)
Advanced Excel Skills – Pivot tables
Knowledge on BI reporting tool like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau … will be a plus
Superb communication skills – Strong written and oral communications skills
Self-starter – Should drive change on their own with minimal direction needed
Analytical – Ability to easily dive into very arcane details on allocations and bring it up to the appropriate level of audience they are communicating with

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Confident and calm demeanor with ability to perform under pressure and handle difficult situations
Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
