About the role:

We`re searching for a talented digital production designer to join the creative team at blokhausBlokhaus is a creative marketing agency servicing clients across the tezos ecosystemYou`ll join a highly motivated team of creatives, engineers and communication experts to make high impact creative for blockchain and crypto projects, high level partnerships and the tezos master brandThe blokhaus team comes from various backgrounds from agencies to politics, crypto and blockchainTech experience is not required.

The work:

The work runs the gamut from creating and versioning social assets to ongoing support for events happening around the world like art basel and sxswAs our studio`s production designer, you will also help maintain and execute assets for high level partnerships like red bull racing and manchester unitedWe are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and can be nimble with constant deliverable updatesYou`ll work closely with our studio manager, designer, marketing and content teams to execute.

You:

You`re a well rounded production designer with 5-7 years of professional experience, comfortable juggling multiple projects.
You`re willing to bring your entire skillset to the tableAt blokhaus, you will find opportunities to work within the creative team–all of your creative and tactical expertise is welcome.
You`ve got good instincts for clean design.
You`re meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
You`re able to interpret a spec sheet, ask questions, organize information, and watchout for potential pitfalls.
Familiarity with working on paid media digital outlets (reddit, tiktok, twitter, etc).
You`re well versed in asset management, file types and can execute efficiently.
You thrive in a virtual team setting and can receive feedback and iterate quickly.
You are fluent in proper formatting and graphic standards but are excited to push the boundaries and try something new.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience
Fluent in relevant design programsAdobe, figma etcLight animation abilities are a bonus.
