Full job description

Position: implementations business systems analyst ii (remote) job description: summary documents technical and business requirements and translates them into solutions for black knight’s mls solutions divisionServes as a liaison between the product owners, the information technology organization, and black knight`s clients from project inception through implementation to provide customer-centric solutions that solve business needsResponsibilities

Manages one or more installation/conversion project(s) of medium to high complexity
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts
Captures business needs and translates them into technical requirements including application integration points, technical design, and application flow storyboards that are then consumed by development and support teams
Participates as a direct internal and client facing resource for questions pertaining to new application functionality before and during uat and provides support as needed
Coordinates communication with all areas of the mls business unit that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
Responsible for significant areas of system design and customization
Assists with the creation of implementation documentation
Creates/updates project artifacts as needed, manages team work assignments, and conducts a variety of test cases to confirm the solution will meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders
Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum requirements

Bachelor`s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 4+ years of technical business analysis experience
Ability to write and design functional and technical business requirements
Ability to present technical and non-technical information to any audience
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Must be detail and results oriented with solid multi-tasking skills
Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of black knight products, services, and capabilities
Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
Experience using, supporting, trouble-shooting and/or designing multiple listing service and accompanying software in the real estate industry
Ability to organize requirements by features and user stories creating a backlog to be used throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-volume environment
