Provide
Customer support via call and email to over the India.
Solving
customer queries and complaints and providing customer service with
helpful articles along with troubleshooting steps.
Maintaining
tracks records of customers and frequent updating of changes in
portfolios.
Maintain
team discipline and track the progress and contribute in achieving
future goals.
Replying
to customers queries via email.
Following
up the customers until and unless their queries are solved
Required
Skills :
Any
Graduate with Good communication & Excellent English Fluency.
10+2

Experience
with 1 year in International Voice will be add -on.

hike from last drawn salary
