Beautiful Minds, a leading provider of Child development services as well as counseling, is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify communication strengths and weaknesses.
· Develop and implement evidence-based and creative therapy interventions for a diverse range of clients across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults).
· Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, educators,
and other professionals to provide holistic care.
· Document progress and prepare reports for insurance companies and other stakeholders.
· Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and mentorship programs.
· Embrace the use of technology in therapy sessions and documentation.
Qualifications
· Freshers with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
· Strong understanding of speech-language development, disorders, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
· Creative and flexible thinking to adapt therapy sessions to individual needs and environments.
· Patient, compassionate, and empathetic nature.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
