What you`ll do:

Transfer inbound calls/leads to appropriate account executives
Handle mail scans/correspondence for outgoing documentation
Gather information and appropriately input into databases
Assign calls appropriately in our databases
Communicate with team and various sales managers daily
Provide general administrative and clerical support

What you`ll need:

Associates degree preferred or related work experience
1-2 years of administrative, clerical or customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
Driven and motivated to learn new skills and be successful
