We are looking for an enthusiast candidate who can wear different hats in a complete business development life-cycle, and work closely with founder/ceo of the organization.
If you have experience in b2b business development and bringing the company`s name to the market, this is the role for youThe person will be working on various activities of business development, sales and marketingYou could be working on one or more of the following at different times: inclusive of domain related research, lead generation, partnerships, reaching out to prospective clients, marketing, content writing, building a team, anticipating the market scenarios and current trends or working with team to achieve annual growth targets.

About the job:
In this job the sales & marketing manager would be responsible to:
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s growth and outreach.
Own the entire bd, sales & marketing funnel & improve conversion rates.
Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing activities.
Manage website, social media accounts, understand pros and cons of the page and suggest new initiatives to drive the growth.
Identify opportunities for services, and channel partners that will lead to an increase in sales.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Creative writing-developing content (email copy, web copy, blog posts, social media content, etc.).
Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market.
Analyze, develop & execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through emails, proposals and presentations.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop adequate sales collateral.
Identify talents, train and help the team succeed by achieving the sales target.
Execute the go-to-market & digital marketing strategy, creation of digital assets, seo & sem related efforts.
Use data driven approach, analyze business performance and identify root causes of problems and support the change management program to implement the future state.
What you can be?
Master’s degree preferred
5+ years’ experience with bd, sales & marketing specialization with good network
Proven experience of consultative selling and conversions in b2b segment preferably on the engineering services front, domain specific research, capacity building programs
Experience in saas product selling would be an added advantage
Highly energetic to work as a one-person army with the founder on setting-up the process, managing top-of-the-funnel lead generation via cold reach-outs, referrals and partnerships
Strong curiosity and drive to learn, an ownership mindset, and the ability to manage and prioritize various work streams concurrently and independently
Comprehensive understanding of market research and capacity building buying centers.
Demonstration of persuasive selling skills in meetings, pitching and proposal writing
Exceptional ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management, team skills and possesses natural flair for communication & client handling
Exceptional ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs with a go-getter attitude
Must be a self-starter and work with a sense of urgency
Proficient in ms office
High level of flexibility and responsiveness
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
