About the role

Aumni is excited to hire a customer operations specialist – limited partners (lp)In this role, you will be organizing and ingesting data from thousands of limited partnership agreements (“ lpa ”) and their related investment materials from some of the world`s largest and most prestigious endowments, fund-of-funds, and family officesYou will be laser-focused on (i) the accurate ingestion of customers` data and (ii) managing the data ingestion process and workflowAs part of a fast-growing company, you will be spending a significant portion of your time collaborating closely with product, customer success, and engineering teams.

This role is ideal for a corporate attorney, compliance manager or allocator operations manager with a growth-mindset, experience in review and analyses of vc and pe funds, their formation, and market terms of their governing documentsAt aumni, you will be working closely with aumni`s division leaders, lp customers, and product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure aumni delivers accurate, useful lp data to its customers in a timely mannerNo role within aumni will have better visibility into “market” terms, strategies of successful lp investors, and the performance of the venture capital funds in which they invest.

This role is critical to the growth and success of aumni and will include not only working closely with aumni`s lp customers, but will also involve being a central voice for the customer within aumni and working cross-functionally with multiple other aumni divisions to ensure the success and growth of the lp productYou will be joining a start-up at the early stages of hyper-growth and be a foundational hire that will be expected to drive value for the customer operations` lp department from its earliest days.

Primary responsibilities

Customer operations:

Train and mentor other team members on best practices and procedures
Configuring and actively monitoring complex project plans with shifting timelines and multiple task assignees
Handling and organizing sensitive customer data by managing virtual data rooms and cloud environments
Independently and proactively provide high-quality support to customer operations team
Managing high volume of legal documents

Customer success:

Interface regularly with other customer success team members to ensure that current and future lp data ingestion processes and protocols are scalable long-term while ensuring the highest quality of lp data integrity.

General:

Learn how to develop and launch legal technology within a fast-growing startup.
Develop into a trusted leader within customer operations and aumni.
