1Ensure the store operates at peak efficiency, with company`s satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.2Train and manage a store team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals3Ensure fifo system within the store.4Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.5Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and company`s standards are met.6Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with food regulations.7Meet regularly with store leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.8.oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to central warehouse and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goodsjob types: full-time, regular / permanentsalary: inr18,000.00 – inr25,000.00 per monthbenefits:
