Full Job Description
Tasks & Activities
1. Assist in development of efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
2. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
3. Optimize print,
social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales and build company’s strong online reputation.
4. Conduct market research to monitor and analyze current social/digital trends.
5. Perform regular competitor analysis.
6. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
7. Assist in developing content for marketing distributions on products and services. (presentations, brochures, website material etc.)
8. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.
9. Develop marketing strategies and programs, to enhance brand awareness across the target market segment. Organise their implementation from ideation to execution.
10. Report and analyse effectiveness of new and existing marketing programs.
11. Produce timely content for publication on social media platforms.
12. Monitor and manage all social media platforms.
13. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
14.
Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
15. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
16. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements and skills
– Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
– Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
– Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
– Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
– Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
– Excellent communication and people skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
– Creativity and commercial awareness
– BSc/BA in marketing,
business administration or relevant discipline
