Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Information Technology Executive. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day technical operations of our company, including troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology processes.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Network Administration and Information Technology skills
• IT Operations and Management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should have hands-on experience working on a Firewall.
• Should have knowledge and experience of working on a server.
• Should be familiar with VPN configuration and setup.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience in managing IT systems and networks
• Knowledge of cloud-based computing systems is preferable
