_Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
_Experience with sourcing techniques
_Understanding of referral programs
_Solid verbal and written communication skills
_Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
_Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
_Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
_Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
_Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
_Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
_Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
_Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
_Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
_Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
_Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
