Should have a ca or master’s in business administration

Track record of managing metrics and improving performance with clients
Working with vendors, external partners to drive negotiations, business development and operations.

Proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination

Job summary
The role is expected to manage execution for amazon pay video kyc team & drive kra with strong operational risk frameworkThis is critical to execute and meet rbi guidelines applicable for all ppi (pre-paid instrument) license holdersWe are looking for an individual who is passionate and capable to pro-actively lead the team in such a way that it is improves the productivity, quality and efficiency of the tasks performed by our makers and checkers at their dedicated sites / location, so as to ensure the verification completed by them meets amazon standards and guidelinesThe role involves owning of all production and quality kra metricsHe/she will manage performance measured on operations/business goals, sla adherence, sop adherence, reject rate, reg compliance breaches etcGiven this area has a high regulatory compliance bar, ensuring we operate within a strict process compliant boundary is criticalThe incumbent will be required to ensure adequate process controls and mechanisms are in place to proactively identify any malpractices both from compliance and billing perspectives.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage video kyc operations team
Understand rbi kyc master direction and ensure ongoing compliance to those by designing and testing processes
Leading and developing associates, team managers and group managers, responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team
Responsible for metrics for these channels like adoption %, reject rate, reg compliance breaches, sla adherence, etc.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and proceduresAdditional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
Effectively build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.
Design and manage a tight scorecard of metrics to run the setup at scale
Oversee development and training in order to inspire an ever-evolving team of vkyc professionals and achieve goals.
Identify potential challenges that impact performance, provide alternative solutions to mitigate risk, and share feedback with other business leaders.
Owning and driving performance metrics with the team, to include the use of a quality team to `move the needle`
Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality of work
Experience in managing kyc operations of banks & experience working in a financial institution would be an advantage
Strong experience on process improvement, and operational excellence
Knowledge of six sigma/lean processes is preferred
Creating career development plans for reports, and guiding their progression to success
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Diverse work experience/background; an obsession for customer service combined with business curiosity and a strategic viewpoint
Analytical thinker with a proven ability to probe, question and get “under the hood” of established business operations and processes
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail (manage ambiguity; be prepared to get involved)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated history delivering results in cross functional environments – ability to drive organizational change using sound reasoning backed up by relevant data in a well-prepared business briefing
