What will your day look like
Conduct SFC testing
Compile SFC results for team manager
Provide feedback and results based on tests conducted to team manager
Ensure quality of the pool is maintained by meeting quality targets
Promote engagement and support positive culture within Team
Seek opportunities to diversify knowledge; use broad skill base to deliver cross-skilled support as required
Mentor and actively transfer skills to junior staff
100% Edge Compliance
Complete testing of SFC volumes as set out in the SOW
Identify and escalate process failures to ensure we “get it right first time” and reduce adverse outcomes
Identify and recommend process and testing improvements
Ensure risk and compliance breaches are identified and escalated appropriately
Provide constructive feedback based on SME knowledge
Assist in collation of timely and accurate reporting
Assist in workflow management

Essential skills – MS Excel & Access
Relevant Experiences – Knowledge of Home Loans / credit assessment
