Leading Construction Company requires Site Sales Executive – for Loni Kalbore, Pune location Site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Should have good experience in handling walking customers at Construction site.
– Should be well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain.
– Adapt by interacting with walking customers/buyers, and department staff to coordinate the sale of real estate.
– Attending Customers, Showing Sample Flat and following with customers till the Sale is done
– Candidate should be good in Customer Relations.
– Presentation Skills.
– Age limit 30 to 40 years.
– Knowledge of Local Language along with English, Marathi & Hindi is a MUST.
– Locals Preferred.
