Position Overview: The Client-Facing Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives, analyze processes, and propose data-driven solutions. Your work will enable our clients to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for business analysis and requirement gathering.
2. Business Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of client requirements, business processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
3. Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for implementation.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to derive valuable insights and support data-informed decision-making.
5. Solution Development: Collaborate closely with clients to develop and recommend practical and innovative solutions to address business challenges.
6. Business Process Enhancement: Identify and implement process improvements, workflow optimizations, and best practices to streamline operations.
7. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive and clear documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and system requirements.
8. Collaboration: Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and client relationship managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2. Proven experience as a business analyst,
preferably in a client-facing capacity.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
4. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
6. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is advantageous.
7. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, focusing on practical solutions.
8. Client-centered mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
9. Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in work.
