Roles and responsibilities:
The job requires you to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customersYou will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
Responsibilities include resolving production issues to provide immediate support.
You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple it issues.
For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
The important set of activities include:
1Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
2Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
3Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
4Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
5Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
6Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.gSoftware developers)
7Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
8Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
9Ensure all issues are properly logged
10Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
11Follow up with clients to ensure their it systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
12Prepare accurate and timely reports
13Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
14Maintain jovial relationships with clients

2Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
3Experience of over 0-2 years in a similar role
4Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
5Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
6Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
7Bs degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field
