The international financial crime transformation pmo is currently responsible for the reporting and governance of the ifct program in the international operational excellence teamThe pmo is supporting the ifct oe pm’s and directors throughout the projects life cycle, from the intake phase to the end-to-end reporting including the annual compliance plan goal reviewWe are overlooking, the program infrastructure including the resource requirement and allocation, the budget review, the technology portfolio and related prioritisation, the alignment with the different delivery teams …etcDefining key progress metrics in line with the program and in partnership with the different vp groups is a key activity to show the progress in reducing risk for the enterprise.
Roles & responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders, pms gfcc, fiu, cfr capabilities teams to design and implement automated kpi dashboards to show key project progress as part of the overall ifct portfolioThe successful candidate needs to have experience in listening to analytical needs / requirements and effectively translate these requirements into effective and accurate dashboardsThe candidate will be expected to identify the best system of records through building relationship skillsThey will also be expected to use personal systematic analytical skills to provide rapid and sustainable solutions to support the ifct program long term success.
Defining and documenting business requirements in consultation and collaboration with stakeholders
Providing conceptual support for the design kpi solution across all lines of business
Performing data analysis using excel pivot tables, intermediate sql queries, and/or statistical techniques (e.gExploratory data analysis using python, sas, or r)
Ensuring process and actions are logged and support regulatory reporting, documenting the analysis and the rule build in form of qualitative document for relevant stakeholders
Analyse the effectiveness of the metrics and support key trending commentaries for the monthly reporting as well as adhoc executive presentations
Reviewing output to ensure conformity and accuracy with their intended design
Academic background: master’s degree from a tier 1/2 institute
Past experience: minimum of 3 years work experience in relevant field
Technical and function skills/capabilities:
Experience using excel, hql, and statistical programming (python, sas, or r)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between various technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive and reactive thinking and good analytical skills
Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent planning and organizations skills including ability to manage inter-dependencies and execute under stringent timelines
Exceptional drive and commitment; ability to work and thrive in in fast changing, results driven environment; and proven ability in handling competing priorities
Proactive learner with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and techniques with minimal supervision
Strong team player characteristics will be expected.
Knowledge of aml investigations, and/or the payments industry is a plus
