This program manager is to support the budget and spending programs for the worldwide commercial sales technology strategy and workforce teamKey requirements include strong business and financial management acumen, executive communications, and experiences with working with business process improvement and implementationsBackground or degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders; plan and manage multiple parallel projects; prepare program updates and metrics for presentation to leadership; provide project leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, quantify the impact of making tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints; regular communication with management on status, risks and change control; cross-team coordination, agile project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
