Candidate having at least 2-3 years of work experience in travel trade with some telecalling knowledge.

• Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
• Processing and following orders and transactions.
• Resolving Agent issues and troubleshooting technical problems via call & email.
• Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
• Providing proactive customer outreach.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
