Job Description :- Lead the planning, implementation, and setup of Prisma Cloud solutions to fulfill clients’ cloud security needs.- Ensure optimization of Prisma Cloud policies and configurations for both security and performance.- Develop, tailor, and enforce security policies in Prisma Cloud to safeguard against threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues.- Collaborate with clients to align security policies with their specific business and compliance prerequisites.- Conduct routine vulnerability assessments and security scans on cloud-native applications and infrastructure.- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to address identified vulnerabilities and security gaps.- Guarantee compliance of cloud environments with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.- Deploy and oversee security and compliance controls within Prisma Cloud.- Monitor cloud environments for indications of security incidents, unauthorized access, and data breaches.- Implement real-time incident response measures to detect, mitigate, and address security incidents.- Engage closely with clients, offering insights into their cloud security requirements and expert guidance on Prisma Cloud configurations, best practices, and risk management.- Collaborate on developing cloud architecture and security solutions tailored to address client-specific challenges.- Regularly evaluate the performance and efficacy of Prisma Cloud security measures, optimizing them to meet evolving security and performance standards.- Generate and deliver comprehensive reports on the performance, compliance, and security status of Prisma Cloud solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.- Maintain detailed documentation covering configurations, security policies, and incident response procedures.- Provide oversight, including metrics, risks and issues, and escalation management. Prioritize incidents, service tickets, changes, and ad-hoc requests.Requirements :- Possessing over six years of experience, including a minimum of two years specializing in Prisma Cloud or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) platform design, implementation, and operations.- A bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite, preferably in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology.- Key qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of the entire network security ecosystem,
encompassing a well-rounded knowledge of information security domains and their interconnections within the ecosystem.- Demonstrated expertise in deploying, configuring, and overseeing Prisma Cloud security solutions in cloud-native environments.- A robust grasp of cloud security, container security, and adherence to cybersecurity best practices is evident.- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as adept in networking protocols and security principles.- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with effective communication skills are prominent.- Holds Level 3 experience in Prisma Cloud Design & Implementation support within enterprise/large corporate environments.- Contributed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network security technologies.- Practical experience with Prisma Cloud services,
including Compute Console/Controller and CSPM Console/Controller.- Skilled in crafting process documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and runbooks for the seamless management of day-to-day operations.- Possesses excellent knowledge of ITIL and a robust capability to define, execute, and enforce key ITIL processes such as incident, problem, and change management.- Capable of planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting on project timelines/milestones using collaboration tools like ServiceNow and Jira.Preferred :- Possession of Prisma Cloud certifications, notably the Palo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE), is a valuable asset.- Familiarity with other Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)
platforms like AWS Security Hub is advantageous. Additional Prisma Cloud certifications, such as the Palo Alto Networks Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE), are also beneficial.- Proven experience in guiding and advising clients on security matters, encompassing risk assessment, governance, technology, regulatory compliance, and familiarity with IT security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and ITIL standards.- Demonstrates excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, fostering an efficient work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication among clients, employees, and management.- Expertise extends to other cloud security tools,
proficiency in DevSecOps practices, and knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security automation.(ref:hirist.com)
