Airtel Looking for Process and Digitization – Material Management at Gurugram Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Material Management Process and Digitization Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in standardizing and digitizing various aspects of material management. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and enhancement of process bluebooks, guidelines, and policies, as well as lead the development of systems and tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for automation projects and collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to ensure sign-off on requirements, successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and seamless project go-live.

Responsibilities:

Standardization and Digitization:

Support the standardization and digitization of all facets of material management processes.

Documentation:

Design and update process bluebooks, guidelines, and policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

System and Tool Design:

Lead the design of systems and tools to optimize material management processes and enhance efficiency.

Automation Projects:

Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for automation projects to guide the development team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to ensure the approval of requirements, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support a successful project go-live.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (BE/B. Tech)

Additional Qualification: MBA from a Tier 2 institution
