In order to support our new people operations advisory service we are hiring a people operations advisory specialist! if you have a passion for working with fast-growing tech startups in a distributed work environment come join our people operations advisory team!
There are a few areas that this role will be focused on:
People advisory support: serving as a fractional people operations specialist for our clients by helping build an amazing people foundation and supporting people administration activities.
Compliance: ensuring portfolio of clients stay in compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Onboarding: supporting our clients in scaling their teams and providing the best experience for their employees.
Bonus: support aircfo internal people operations culture activities
As our people operation specialist your mission is vital to the day-to-day operation of our employee experience across the entire employee life-cycleThis position will have ownership of the foundational people operations items while supporting our people operations lead with strategic initiatives.

What you`ll own
people operations advisory
Support 10-12 people operations advisory clients
Provide people advisory service to founders of impactful start-ups to ensure they establish their people operation foundation from the start.
Collaborate with people operations lead, payroll advisory manager, and other aircfo services to provide holistic support to our clients.
Maintain essential client employment data within the people operations tech stack while ensuring effective utilization of systems.
Develop and implement policies to help support scaling clients while keeping them in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Perform regular audits to maintain compliance and accurate employment records.
Liaison between client and hris providers state agencies with the administration of state registrations and noticesOnboarding
Own onboarding administration, management, and engagement of client onboarding process to ensure each employee has support and guidance from the start.
Actively review employee onboarding feedback while bringing proactive ideas forward on how to iterate processes to improve the employee experience for your portfolio.

Support people operations lead with the administration of strategic people initiatives for people operations clients.
Contribute to aircfo people initiatives
Support people operations lead and internal team with internal people operations initiatives to ensure a best-in-class distributed work environment for our aircfo team!
This role might be for you if…
..You`ve had the following experiences in your career:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required – human resources or people operations
2-3 years of experience in people operations for fast-growing, fully-distributed startup.
You have experience or are interested in working in a client-facing role.
You owned a number of people foundational or strategic projects from end-to-end.
You worked directly with multiple senior stakeholders to design and complete those projects.
You were responsible for onboarding activities and employee experience.
