Roles and Responsibility:-
A Lead Technical Support Analyst acts similarly to a Senior and leads the tier 2 support effort fully independently. Individuals will create advanced level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise as well as adjacent areas. Individuals in this role are subject matter experts in their domain. A Lead also starts to coach and effectively leverage other more junior team members.
Perform the following skills at an advanced level:
•Ability to analyze problems and identify holistic solutions while balancing the need for successful client outcomes and goals.
•Sufficient credibility to advise and direct the team and to represent the internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to match the product set to the client use case in a way that maximizes value and influences the client direction.
•Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills.
•The candidate should be a trusted adviser, able to generate and maintain positive relationships with the team, across the business and with the client base.
•Excellent at leading/facilitating large group discussions and working sessions with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
•Ability to assess stakeholder requirements, package and present compelling solutions that are both relevant and understood to decision makers.
•Collaborate and negotiate across departments and products to champion the client and department need.
•Apply lateral and conceptual thinking in order to design appropriate solutions.
•Detail oriented, organized and capable of successfully managing timelines and quality of individual functions and team assignments.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks as well as work with team members and external stakeholders/partners to load-balance work and priorities consistent with corporate and functional goals.
Ability to remain calm, objective and professional in a fast paced and demanding environment
