- General Administration: Ensure overall administration of all IIT activities (Software, hardware and networking)
- Network uptime: Ensure and monitor uptime of LAN and WAN to meet the Business requirements
- Continues improvement and implementation: Continuously maintain and improve the existing systems in line with the Business/Group Policies.
- Systems Developments: Develop a suitable new system in order of facilitate users and minimize manual work
- License Compliance: Ensure compliances and availability of valid license for all available software/hardware
- System Security: Put in place a reliable security and authorization system to eliminate damage or loss to data.
- Customer Satisfaction: Improve the satisfaction level of internal customers in line with organization need / Corporate Policy.
- Planning & Budgeting: Prepare, Monitor and control the planning & budgeting of the IT department to optimize operating costs and meet business requirements.
- System management (Safety & Sustainability): Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements
