Job Description:
Job Purpose: To plan and execute audits for all retail stores of ABFRL including AFS format by close coordinating with brand operation and audit firms.
Job Context:
Retail SIT & Blocked stock Monitoring on weekly/Monthly basis Including provision.
Weekly circulation of SIT & Blocked stock other than retail.
SIT clearing based on approval
Pending SIT & SOH validation for Migration stores
GL schedules on inventory FI on timely basis.
Computing provisions on payments by month.
Timely payment execution process for all vendors as per TAT.

Execution
Working on payment process for stock audit services rendered by audit firms for all areas like stores, WH, factories, CFA as per TAT.
Working on SIT of all areas of ABFRL business reporting activity process for weekly and monthly circulation to management
Working on SIT provisioning and providing respective entries toward GL
Working on Stock correction/Write off process for transporter and Store shortages. Also posting JV’s simultaneously in GL.
Pending SIT & SOH validation for Migration stores
Working on Inventory FI reporting on monthly basis for GL review purpose.
Working on GL review data for posting entries in GL for provisions and other entries on monthly basis.
Working on monthly presentation data for SIT & Block stock reporting by collating data.
Supporting team for audit execution in WH/factories, CFA and F21 business. Participation in audits for ensuring process is followed and identifying risks and stock corrections.
Control
Inventory FI schedule preparation on monthly basis for better control in GL provisions.
On time payment to vendors to avoid backlogs of bills.
Process Improvement
Warehouse / Factory / Store Process study and Identify Risk areas / Noncompliance areas.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
2-4 Years
