Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Representative at AdFree, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how AdFree location marketing solutions can meet their business needs.
Solution Selling: Understand the unique challenges and goals of each prospect and tailor AdFree offerings to address their specific requirements effectively.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, earning their trust and becoming a trusted advisor for location marketing strategies.
Sales Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas,
consistently striving for excellence in performance.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the location marketing landscape to effectively position AdFree solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or Supervisor, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and other relevant data.
Customer Feedback:
Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the product development team to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications:
– Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
– Knowledge of location-based marketing and SaaS solutions is a plus.
– HSC, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
