Job Objective
Supporting plan operations in terms of quality control and quanity measurement of coal to be delivered for smooth execution of contracts.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities 1. To co-ordinate rake receipt at TPS with close co-ordination with port team, local TPS team and local raliway officers.
2. To ensure correct weighment of rake rake received at TPS.
3. To ensure quality checks and analysis part in co-ordination with IIAs at plant & customer plant officials.
4. Timely intimation of rake weight, Quality Parameters and other related activities to ensure smooth execution of contract.
5. Timely submission of documents like bills, invoices, letters etc to TPS officials.
6. MIS generation and feedback sharing of TPS officials related to quantity, quality and other execution related aspects.
Technology and IT Enablement 1. To have working knowledge of Excel & word, PDF etc.
2. Regular working knowledge of Computer / laptop etc.
3. Able to punch required details in the System (SAP/ Excel).
