Position / Role: Project Officer/Executive – CSR

Role Purpose
Responsible for identifying CSR needs, Budgeting and Driving CSR initiatives at site in the areas of Livelihood , Community Infrastructure , Sustainability Projects , Health and Education. Also responsible for preparing monthly MIS and liasioning with all stake holders (Govt Authorities/NGOs/Media ).
Key Responsibilities
Identify CSR/community needs assessment in the project affected villages by engaging affected communities.
Prepare Annual CSR budget/calendar based on identified community needs
Identify Government/NGO funded projects and execute them.
Deal with day to day operational issues of villages / villagers
Supervising the activities of sites and motivating the community mobilisers
Keep in touch the communities through community mobilisers
Ensuring timely action / completion on the demands and the ongoing projects of Adani Foundation
To help coordinator in forming VLCs/ SHGs.
Help coordinator in Medical camps and in execution of Adani Foundation related activities / programs
Preparing weekly / fortnightly / monthly reports of the sites and submitting the same to the coordinator.
Taking feedback from the communities and villages and informing the local plant / project Heads for keeping harmony with the public
Liaison with Local Gram Panchayats/ Local Leaders/Govt. agencies/District Administration for effective implementation of CSR projects.
Prepare Award documents for successful Community Development Initiative.
Publish CSR events in the Adani Foundation/Local newspapers and magazines
