Active Construction Company, a leading construction firm in Jamshedpur, is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and general office duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data into the company’s systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
2. Reporting: Generate and compile reports as required by management. This may include financial reports, project status updates, and other operational metrics.
3. General Office Duties:
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
5. Documentation: Prepare and process documents such as invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
6. Support: Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and files both electronically and in hard copy format. Retrieve information as needed for reference or analysis.
8. Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise in the office environment promptly and effectively. Seek solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Office Management, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in office administration, data entry, or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
9. Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology is a plus.
