Acquco Looking for Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Remote Full Time

The finance team at acquco is responsible for driving accounting, fp&a, treasury, and finance operations across acqucoThe team is integral to acquco`s core operations, from maintaining internal control processes to financial reporting across multiple entitiesWe are a data-driven firm, and leverage financial metrics generated to drive strategic decision making across all functions.

Role:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across the company
Identify business challenges and propose/create solutions
Collaborate with brand management teams to develop brand & brand cluster forecasts
Work closely with cross functional business partners to develop annual and periodic forecasts at the parent level
Evaluate brand p&l`s and provide financial metrics/kpi`s to management teams to help inform decisions
Collaborate with management team to identify financial levers that can be used to hit company forecasts/goals
Collaborate with accounting team to perform monthly variance analysis (mom, qoq, actuals vs plan, etc.)
Identify and research variances to forecast/budget, then generate action items to address these items
Partner with executive and brand management teams to develop metrics, goals and business kpi`s
Collaborate with supply chain to develop supply planning for purchase order timing and amounts

Requirements:

Bachelor`s degree in finance/accounting, business administration, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in ecommerce / retail a plus
Experience working with financial & financial planning systems (erp, planning, wms, etc.)
Experience developing financial reports and metrics
Extensive microsoft office expertise
10+ years of knowledge and related industry experience
Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborative with stakeholders on various teams
Strong problem solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Comprehensive understanding us gaap and sarbanes-oxley
Strong project management skills including the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
