Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the CRM & Digital Product Offerings, industry trends, Industry specific requirements and implementations
• Manage Project end to end from Planning to Closure using project management best practices
• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues.
• Understand customers Process requirements by interacting with stakeholders across organization from top management to end users.
• Consult with users, clients, other technology groups. Define application boundaries & system architecture. Draw consensus & closure on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems.
• Provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement.
• Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery Manage, mentor and develop project team members in line with growth aspirations of both individual and organization
• Work as a SPOC for Overall project deliverables & Collaterals (SOW, Project Plan, Functional & Technical Specifications, Effort & Commercial Estimation, Proposals and other requisite documents). Communication on Progress (Weekly, SteerComs, Risk management & Mitigation etc to senior management both internal & external. Drive Closures in each phase in project lifecycle.
• Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level developers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in managing & Delivering Digital Onboarding/Transformation within BFSI Sector.
• Understanding of UI.UX principles, End to End System Design / Architecture
• Project management skills- Planning, Organizing, Risk identification and mitigation, delivery quality and timelines.
• Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer facing engagement. • Strong people management and team management skills
• Knowledge of global best practices in Digital Acquisition / Lending in Banking & CRM space Job Function and Role | Project Management
• Ability to create strong presentations to communicate progress & manage multiple parallel engagements.
• Experience in BFSI domain shall be preferred but not mandatory
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certifications preferred but not mandatory
