Accredian Looking for Academic Operations Associate/Sr.- Upselling at Gurugram Full Time

What you will do?

In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1.

Planning batch and faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students and other stakeholders.
2. Achieve monthly revenue target from upselling and referrals from current students.
3. Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of department.
4. Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices for billing
5. Take end-to-end responsibility for student experience and ensure that their queries are resolved immediately
6. Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly

What do you need?

– Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English
– Passion for education is a must.
– Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work with great speed
– Should have demonstrated experience in handling complex problems
– Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries
