As an Associate I – business operations, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines. Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.
What will you do?
Check & audit sales, exchanges & refund transactions in accordance with IATA rules & airline policies
Apply all audit exceptions and procedures as defined in the respective process manuals
Meet the productivity & quality standards
Query tickets when in doubt // add to the query list as per defined process
Highlight to the manger, tickets that are non-revenue yielding to facilitate automation
Work on non-GDS refund Mgt when required (in accordance to airline process)
What do you need to know?
Experience in processing, accounting, or customer service preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Keen eye for detail
Familiarity with office equipment use
Commitment to exceptional customer care and serviceMeticulously perform the administrative
Qualifications: Relevant Bachelors or masters degree
