Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Detailed History of new patient
- Explanation of the procedure IUI / IVF advised to the patient
- Financial Counselling in case IUI advised.
- Making sure investigation advised requisition to be given
- To fill form for IUI cycle & creation the cycle.
- Take consents after SIS procedure & explaining the procedure
- Explaining of Medication to the patient after consultation
- Creation FET Cycle
- Follow up Entries of the day
- Updating BHCG cycles
- If any tricky case of IVF consent taking
- Consent taking if multiple follicle in case of IUI
- Medical Certificate
- Preparing of Discharge cards & prescriptions
