Qualification & Experience Technical High School Diploma. Min. 3 years of experience with Document Management,
e.g. in construction/engineering company or project management consultancy.
Maintain project documents Maintain and update project archives Ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout the project organization on time Ensure correctness of document approval process Store electronic and paper documents for project stakeholders and team Assist project stakeholders in following correct document management procedures
Knowledge of Document Management tools High proficiency with MS Office and Autodesk AutoCAD BIM basic knowledge Oracle ACONEX or PMP Certification considered a plus Aconex proficiency considered a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Ability to work to tight deadlines and under minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communications skills Attention to detail
