e.g. in construction/engineering company or project management consultancy.

 Maintain project documents  Maintain and update project archives  Ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout the project organization on time  Ensure correctness of document approval process  Store electronic and paper documents for project stakeholders and team  Assist project stakeholders in following correct document management procedures

Key requirements:
 Knowledge of Document Management tools  High proficiency with MS Office and Autodesk AutoCAD  BIM basic knowledge  Oracle ACONEX or PMP Certification considered a plus  Aconex proficiency considered a plus  Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload  Ability to work to tight deadlines and under minimal supervision  Excellent verbal and written communications skills  Attention to detail
