Hi, i am ken siew, and i own 302 house buyersWe buy houses for cash, and we are the largest privately owned homebuyers in delawareWe’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an excellent business development specialist to join our team.
Easily earn $70,000+ in base + commissions working just 30 hours a weekAlso offers work from home, flexible hours, and a chance to learn the real estate investing businessThis is a fully remote position.
However, this is a performance based position, which means if you are not self motivated, do not like pressure to hit sales goals, and are not hungry and aggressive, this is not the job for you.
Along with base pay, you’ll also receive commissions of $1,000-3,000 for every property we buyIf we buy just 2 properties per month, that’s an extra $4,000 per month on average.
We’ll start with 2-3 hours per day, and quickly move to 20-30 hours per week with good performance.
You must have:
· at least 1 year of sales experience
· at least 1 year of real estate experience – specifically experience on determining the values of homes (comping running cmas)
· willingness to work 1-2 hours on the weekend
About the position:
1) it’s 90% phone work!!! be great on the phone, or you’re not a fit!
2) all leads are generated for you (no cold calling or prospecting on your part) and all calls are inbound or follow-upsYou will be talking to real estate professionals/agents/realtors who have a property they think might fit our criteria for purchase.
3) you will work between 20-30 hours per weekYou can be remote and you have some flexibility in your houseHowever, you must attend our weekly team meeting, check in, and sales training.
Primary objectives 20% big rocks – these must be done first and at all costs.
· build a database of potential strategic partners and utilize long term follow-up campaigns to grow your pipeline
· set appointments with potential partners for a quick consultation
· prequalify potential partners based on pre-determined criteria and sign joint venture agreements
· follow up weekly with qualified strategic partners and perform initial due diligence on properties if available
Regular work activities 80% – these must be done ongoing daily and weekly after the big rocks are complete.
· utilize our crm to build your database, track and manage activities with strategic partners
· build and maintain a pipeline and review weekly with acquisition sales manager
· provide tools and information to potential partners to help them grow their business
· maintain planned use of time through daily/weekly/monthly time-blocking and 411s, gps, and relationship building tracking sheet.
· attend training and events as necessary to improve your skill sets and grow in your effectiveness as a business development specialist.
