ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support)
LOCATION : Pune
JOB DESCRIPTION :Managing one or more customerserviceorservice deskfunctions. Acting as a point of contact tosupport serviceusers and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or otherservices. Delivering customerservicethrough multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
Requirements
Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of formal education
Shift : 24*7
Experience : 1-5 years of Experience in Service Desk
If experience than must have: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk Technical Support
Must have experience of Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker &; Active Directory, internet issues, blue screen issues.
Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting &; VPN Installation
5 days working, 2 rotational weak off.
