This is a remote position.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
This profile requires candidates to work from home and must have their own laptop and high-speed internet. The candidate must be motivated to grow with the company and work with an entrepreneurial mindset considering a start-up work culture.
Prior Experience in Sales Training & On-Job Training Hands-on experience creating Training Content, presentations (e.g. videos or slides) .
Implement methods to improve performance and efficiency of current sales personnel.
Ability to design the content, plan & execute training sessions for new joiners & refreshers for existing sales team.
Prepare reports on training programs, performance analysis of trainers and trainees.
Design training assessments & conduct certification.
Requirements
2-5 Years’ experience in Sales Training
Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skill
Go-getter, strive for designing new methods for measuring training effectiveness.
Immediate Joiners
