Position: IT Support Executive

No. of positions: 1

Job location: Ongole, Chittur, Guntur (Telangana State)

Experience: 2 Years in similar profile

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 30K per month + bonus and other allowances.

Languages: Must have decent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Food and Accommodation: Yes

Interview mode: Online (1st level) and Face to face at Thrissur Office (2nd level)

Requirements:

·       Min 2 years’ experience in Desktop/IT support required.

·       Should have experience in software installation

·       Must be able to troubleshoot and provide basic support

·       Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively

·       Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security

·       Assisting with the setup and deployment of new devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices

·       Responding to IT support tickets and inquiries via various channels, such as email, phone, or ticketing systems, and documenting solutions and resolutions.
