We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead the delivery of a new portfolio of gtm digital products that is built for speed and integrationYou will work across a wide spectrum of teams including operations, marketing, merchandising and designYou will lead the industry by re-examining every step of our gtm through a digital filterThis involves everything from incorporating ai and consumer feedback as we develop the concept for a season, designing and prototyping new apparel items virtually and digitally, collaborating real-time wherever we are locatedIt`s also finalizing the assortment for a season in a visually compelling way and producing those products fast and profitably to get the right product, to the right place, at the right time.
Experience building digital asset management solutions that unlock business value is a major plusYou will help create product vision, develop product needs and prioritize feature development based on value to our end-users.
About the job
Establish vision for digital asset management globally
Promote product roadmap delivery together with leaders and cross-functional team for our multiple end-users, manage backlog and prioritize needs
Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and opportunities for your product
Partner with engineering teams to ensure that features are delivered to specifications and create best outcomes
Partner with business teams to understand individualized needs, and achieve the best solution to meet those needs
Develop an understanding of ls&coGo to market processes and learn about the applications supporting those processes
Analyze our data needs, explore and evaluate multiple options
Ensure regular delivery of value by setting iteration priorities for several agile development teams
Encourage adoption of solutions through close partnerships with business teams, understanding barriers or challenges
Adapt to volatility and maintain delivery schedule through re-prioritization
Communicate progress with relevant team members
Perform ad-hoc analytics on datasets and testing to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Document and enter user stories in jira and support story point analyses
Oversee in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements
About you
4+ years of experience in product management, product development, e-commerce, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field
Experience in apparel / retail
Experience conducting research to identify end-user needs and gaps and demonstrated ability to translate those needs into creative and engaging output
Experience working with engineering & data engineering teams to understand our processes and co-develop requirements and develop solutions
Natural desire to improve how things work, technical skills with an eye for design and user experience
Curious to explore and use new technology trends to enhance the product experience
Ensure team is coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing of functional and user facing requirements
