Responsibilities
– Identify and target potential clients through various sourcing channels
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable recruitment solutions
– Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients
– Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
– Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
– 4+ years’ experience as a Sales Executive in oil and Gas or infrastructure
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong networking and relationship-building skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Self-motivated and result-oriented,
with a drive to succeed
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
– Flexibility to travel as required
– Prior experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage
