Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with general office duties, including responding to emails, managing correspondence, etc.
2. Organize and maintain office records, documents, and files to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval.
3. Support event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and arranging travel itineraries.
4. Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
5. Manage inventory and supplies, monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
6. Assist in coordinating office maintenance, ensuring a clean and orderly work environment.

Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
8. Financial Skills: Have a basic understanding of budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
9. Project Management: Assisting with project coordination and tracking deadlines.
10. Adaptability: Being able to adjust to changing priorities and responsibilities.
